We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated PhD students and post-docs, who are interested in the structure and function of the cell nucleus in health and disease and who are able to work in a team and learn new techniques. Our research projects combine confocal, super resolution and electron microscopy with genetic and biochemical techniques, cell culture, FACS, single cell tracking and biophysical methods. Our latest projects involve patient cells and stem cell (iPSC)-derived neuronal models pertaining to rare neurodegenerative disorders.
